In the last two decades, MSCs have gained substantial attention as a potential source for regenerative therapy. This is due to several reasons such ability isolate using non-invasive techniques, cell’s divide into lineages including those of non-mesodermal origin and absence HLA-DR on surface cell. However, immune rejection still possibility in case MSC transplant studies reported low survivability these cells transplanted tissue. A remedy this use secretome which contains molecules released by immunomodulation other regulatory behaviours. Interest has been increasing with reporting similar when compared themselves. review brief account therapeutic effects bone, musclular & neural regeneration.
